During 2012 and 2013, we’ve
been able to participate in several food fairs in Peru. These events
has helped us approach our customers and prove that our Madre Selva
chili sauce arrived to stay:
July 2012. We travel to
Pucallpa, central Amazon of Peru, with our chili sauce and introduce
the ‘ojito de pescado’ to its famous relative, the ‘charapita’.
The Pucallpinos embraced the cousin during the Expoamazonica
September 2012. Our
first time in Mistura, the most important food fair in Peru and
South America. Many friends had their first contact with our Madre
Selva sauce. Since then, they made it their favorite!
May 2013. In Tacna,
south coast of Peru, we participated in Peru Micho Gusto fair, where
not only Peruvians but Chileans found our sauce very attractive
August 2013. Again in
Expoamazonica fair, this time in Iquitos, northern Amazon of Peru,
the result was similar to the one in Pucallpa: ‘Loretanos’
enjoyed the chili sauce, though they did not know very well the
‘ojito de pescado’ chili. It’s probable that it mainly grow in
Madre de Dios.
September 2013. Once
again, we were part of Mistura. This time, more than a thousand
friends enjoyed the sauce and took it home, thanks to all!
October 2013. We were
in Peru Natura, a natural food fair happening inside the
international fair Expoalimentaria, in Lima. We received here the
visit of the Minister of International Commerce and Tourism and the
President of Peru, who tried and enjoyed our sauce, twice!

- It’s extremely good... More tasty than Tabasco… Fantastic - These were the words Gaston Acurio used in his TV show Aventura Culinaria (Culinary Adventure) to describe our chili sauce, watch the video:
