Madre Selva Chili Sauce
Made out of a local chili called ‘ojito de pescado’ (‘fish eye’) that grows in the Madre de Dios region, southern Amazon of Peru. We combine it with vinegar and spices, and use no preservatives. The sauce matches perfectly with barbecues, rice, soups, and in general, with all kinds of meals.
Find it in 90cc-glass bottles. Shelf life reaches one year and need no refrigeration. (We’re sure it won’t last more than a month in your house!).
